WHAT DAYS SHOULD I PLAN TO BE IN TOWN?

The wedding festivities run from FRIDAY, JUNE 26, 2026 through SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 2026. You may want to consider arriving a day or two early or staying a bit later to enjoy the Basque coast and surrounding region.

WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

You have a few travel options:

  • BIARRITZ PAYS BASQUE AIRPORT (BIQ) – 10–15 minutes from the city center. (our recommended option)

  • SAN SEBASTIÁN AIRPORT (EAS) – about 45 minutes by car.

  • BILBAO AIRPORT (BIO) – about 1.5–2 hours by car, with more international flights.

HOW SHOULD I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO BIARRITZ?

  • TAXI OR RIDESHARE services are available from Biarritz Airport.

  • RENTAL CARS are available at all airports for those wanting to explore the region.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO GET AROUND BIARRITZ?

Biarritz is very walkable. You can also get around easily by TAXI AND RIDESHARE. If you plan to visit nearby towns like Bayonne, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, or San Sebastián, renting a car can be helpful.

IS THIS A KID-FRIENDLY WEDDING?

The wedding itself is ADULTS ONLY. Children are welcome to join you for your trip to Biarritz and attend our Welcome Party, please just let us know so we can plan accordingly.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENTS AND DRESS CODE

Our Welcome Party will be Cocktail Attire.

We are excited to celebrate with you and kindly ask that guests dress in Black Tie attire for our wedding celebration.

For Women

  • Floor-length gowns are encouraged.

  • Elegant midi-length dresses are also welcome.

  • Please feel free to embrace festive colors and formal accessories.

For Men

  • A tuxedo with a black bow tie is preferred.

As our wedding will take place in the summer in Biarritz, we recommend selecting attire that is both elegant and comfortable for the season. The celebration will include time outdoors, so you may wish to consider appropriate footwear for walking on grass and uneven surfaces.
